If I provide you with 3D file, can I have a discount?
If you provide us your model as obj for example the price will be lowered (around $250 off) but we still have to adjust the topology and rigging according to facerig specification.
How i can paid and did you need a down payment?
We work with Paypal or bank tranfer, we ask 50% down payment to start the work and book your order then 50% for delivery after customer approval.
Did you resell my model?
No, when the full payment is complete you are the only one owner, we cannot reuse or sell your model. You can resell it if you want, and do what you want with him.
What is the average deadline?
A 3D model creation could take around 3-4 weeks with customer feedback. Depending on the number of orders we have.
Did you accept feedback and retouch ?
Yes its included on the price, as we make delivery after customer approval only. You received screenshoot and preview of the work for each step we are working. You can send us a feedback for each of them (Sketch, modelization, texturing, animation)
